Delivery Timelines

Thank you for choosing Yarbo! We’re excited to let you know that Yarbo is in stock and ready to ship. Below are the estimated delivery times for current orders. If you placed an order before January 2025 and need specific delivery details, please contact us at support@yarbo.com. We’ll respond promptly!

Europe

Yarbo Core & Modules

  • For products in stock, deliveries will be made within 3-8 business days.
  • For products available for pre-order, deliveries will be made according to the delivery timeframe specified on the product page

Accessories

  • Deliveries will be made within 10-15 business days.

Shipping Costs

We're committed to transparency and convenience, so we're introducing a shipping cost calculator at checkout. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status and location of your package during transit.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by you, refusal of delivery without valid reasons, or repeated failed delivery attempts attributable to you, you shall be liable for the re-delivery fee. All applicable re-delivery fees are fully displayed via the shipping cost calculator at checkout prior to order confirmation. We will confirm the exact fee with you again before arranging reshipment.

This clause shall not apply if delivery failure is caused by Yarbo or the logistics carrier.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or carrier-related issues. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and updated on the status of your shipment.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our support team as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, EU consumers retain the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with applicable EU law.
